  • WCBW: If a passenger is traveling with a wet cell battery powered wheelchair. 
  • WCBD: Any passenger who is bringing a dry cell battery-powered wheelchair on the flight.

Yes, you can definitely ask for wheelchair assistance from the customer service of the airline. There are two major ways through which you can have wheelchair assistance before arriving at the airport; please have a look:

  • Talk with the executive of the airline

Through manage my booking   

The airline has a feature called manage my booking; this is utilized by the passengers to make choices as per their requirements after the booking of the flight. Implement the steps listed below: 

  • Open the portal and choose the tab "Manage my booking." 
  • Enter the flight data and retrieve the access to the flight. 
  • Pick the flight in which you want to add wheelchair assistance.
